Sorry..^_^U... I'm 20 years old spanish guy. I remember Alfred's adventures as the best of my infancy, since the series was emitted in the TV of my country 10 years ago, or more... And I would like to know if I might obtain it (the series) somewhere... I have always had a doubt, for some similarities of the series with the reality (ravens = Nazi?) ... there is something autobiographical in the series? (I am excited, ... XD)

Yes, it is really me !
Well we are actually three, there is Herman van Veen, Hans Hacher and me, Harald Siepermann. You'll find all our blogs linked to this page.
All the stuff you see on Kwak is not exactly autobiograhical, but there's nothing we cannot relate to, we always centered Kwak's adventures on themes and issues that had some kind of meaning to us. Kwak became Unicef-ambassador in 2003.
You will be able to buy the first of a series of DVD-boxes at Easter 2006. If you scroll down through the archives of this page, you will find many of your questions answered, many more will be answered in the future, enjoy...Harald

This is exciting... It's a honor to know you... ^_^U... Wow, i cna't beleave this... In my opinion, Alfred J.Kwak is the best infantile series and the most original i have ever known... how had you the idea of putting political topic? (Crows ' Party and this type of things) did not seem to you that it's too hard to begin the series with the death of Alfred's family? Sometimes it's difficult to believe that it is an infantile series ... no?

Are we going to see soon something new of Alfred that has the same repercussion like his series had some years ago?

If you scroll back through the archives you will find many of your questions answered. Alfred started out as a project for Unicef and we always tried to keep that theme.
And yes, there is something coming up, but I am far too supersticious to talk about it, yet.

Hi Harald.
I loved Alfred when he was broadcasted in Denmark.
I especially was taken by the story of the clown in the moon. Was this episode inspired by folklore or anything else?
Thank you for a great story.
Yours sincerely
Thomas
